Order the Irish Omelette that had corn beef hash inside. Interesting part was the omelette was cooked in the oven but waiting for it was worth the waiting because it was big.

We each ordered the Grand Treat – a senior special of 3 buttermilk pancakes, 2 slices of bacon (or sausage) toast and 2 eggs. How Paul Bunyan, much less a senior, can finish this meal is beyond comprehension, but much to our amazement we saw several cleaning their plates. The pancakes were light and fluffy, the bacon thick and lean, and the eggs cooked as requested. Who could ask for more? Well actually it gets better - the restaurant is several notches above Ellis in ambiance and the service is faster than a speeding bullet. What you won’t be able to do after consuming all this food is leap tall buildings.

OK... we were staying on the strip and someone from our party had eaten here before and recommended we go for breakfast. We went out of our way one morning to Green Valley just to eat here. I wasn't expecting much but boy was I wrong. For about $8 you get a 4 egg omlette which is the size of a spare tire! This thing was loaded with meat & veggies and was great with the fresh squeezed OJ. If you're anywhere near this place stop in and enjoy!

You will have a VERY good experience here IF you ask to meet the manager who will make sure you will get consistently excellent service every time. If you don't, you could have very inconsistent service. We are locals and eat here every week but we only go when the managers are there. Enjoy! The chicken dijon sandwiches are to die for! Ask for the sauce on the side, extra onions and to have it served on the FRENCH ROLL.

Bar none, the best place in Las Vegas to eat breakfast. Excellent pancakes, well-prepared sides (try
the corned beef hash), and the biggest omelettes I have ever seen. Leather seats in the booths are
also a nice touch, very intimate feel. Excellent pricepoint for the quality of food that you get.

The Apple pancake is my favorite. For lunch or dinner, try the Chef's salad, the LARGEST one I have ever had! Great, LOADED with meat and cheese! $7.95! You will not finish it without taking some home.
