- Good Meal
Since I am allergic to eggs I ordered the oatmeal, only thing I wish is they could HEAT the milk for it, by
the time I put it in the oatmeal my oatmeal get cold. What restuarants do not have Microwave ovens or
stoves to heat a little of milk.... We love Green Valley and all their restuarants especially Hanks and The
Italian restuarants, only thing I ask for is hot milk for my oatmeal...

- Good Meal
Love the Dutch Baby and their potato pancakes are awesome. This place has IHOP all beat to heck.........if you like good breakfasts, good pancakes, crepes etc. then you won't be disappointed. And now that they've moved into the spot once occupied by the Green Valley Ranch cafe restaurant you probably won't have much of a wait to be seated - this is the best move this place could have ever made and I'm sure the higher rent being paid for the larger space will pay off in spades - a very good investment move.

Order the Irish Omelette that had corn beef hash inside. Interesting part was the omelette was cooked in the oven but waiting for it was worth the waiting because it was big.

- Good Meal
We each ordered the Grand Treat – a senior special of 3 buttermilk pancakes, 2 slices of bacon (or sausage) toast and 2 eggs. How Paul Bunyan, much less a senior, can finish this meal is beyond comprehension, but much to our amazement we saw several cleaning their plates. The pancakes were light and fluffy, the bacon thick and lean, and the eggs cooked as requested. Who could ask for more? Well actually it gets better - the restaurant is several notches above Ellis in ambiance and the service is faster than a speeding bullet. What you won’t be able to do after consuming all this food is leap tall buildings.

- Good Meal
OK... we were staying on the strip and someone from our party had eaten here before and recommended we go for breakfast. We went out of our way one morning to Green Valley just to eat here. I wasn't expecting much but boy was I wrong. For about $8 you get a 4 egg omlette which is the size of a spare tire! This thing was loaded with meat & veggies and was great with the fresh squeezed OJ. If you're anywhere near this place stop in and enjoy!
