Tableau offers something for everyone. An early evening, three course market menu snd three tasting menus. I chose the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing. Preparations, presentations, and service are all first rate. Among new American restaurants, I rate Tableau as highly as Aureole.Definitely worth a visit.

What a rip off! We only ate one meal here - breakfast. The food was good, but nothing to rave about. And it was way overpriced! The staff was snooty and unfriendly. There were 4 waiters who stood around and stared at everyone, making the dining experience very uncomfortable. They looked at you like you were going to steal something! I didn't see one friendly waiter, who interacted with the dining guests in a pleasant manner. The service was slow, too, and there weren't many people dining in there. The view of the Wynn pool area was nice, though. We would not go back there.    19168

Breakfast was amazing, One thing I noticed...everything was hot...and not too hot to eat...just perfect temperature.

Warm beingets are very nice with Vanilla and chocolate sauce.

The atmosphere is elegant and beautiful. The menu is not that expansive and the dishes have a french influence. It is also expensive. The service was almost too good since every few minutes we had someone checking on us. Overall, it's a wonderful dining experience -- but it is expensive.    16637
