- Good Meal
Lovely restaurant in the heart of the casino area. The service was prompt and extremely accomodating. I made a special request which they were more than pleased to prepare for me. The food was excellent and the environment most enjoyable. We will defintely return!

- Good Meal
One can barely put into words the experience of an unparalleled dining experience. From the moment we were seated by the "accomodating" hosting staff at the Cocina, we recieved, from start to finish, the BEST service and an utterly sinful to the pallet meal. Our server had our orders memorized and didn't flinch a hair when answering questions, before putting in our orders. When you are having you meal and only on the salad, and are instantly convinced that you are having the "tastiest" salad you've ever had; it is a sure sign that you are at a restaurant at the WYNN Hotel. My Seared Bigeye Tuna was the flakiest and yet most tender piece of fish that seemed to melt in my mouth....and the figs! Well, let's just say I don't even like figs, but they happened to come with the fish; and any resaurant that can make something you don't particularly like, enjoyeable, is a "diamond in the ruff" of dining. I HIGHLY reccomend the Corsa Cucina to anyone in the Las Vegas area!

- Bad Meal
Reservations highly recommended, but were not needed at all when we arrived. Slow to get initial service. No water. Waiter (Sean) forgot BOTH our drink order and food order. He had to come back and ask what our orders were, WELL after we ordered. The food was even slower to come out. My wife had the Artisinal Goat’s Milk Ricotta Gnudi and I had the Dungeness Crab. The Ricotta was delicious, but VERY rich. The Dungeness Crab was also delicious and rich. The crab also had MANY pieces of crab shell, indicating poor prep and attention to detail. Chef Stephen Kalt has the right idea for the food, but the service and food preparation was just aweful. The staff and GM were not at all receptive to our comments and complaints. Highly overpriced based on our experience. We can get better of both at our local Olive Garden. Stay away from the black mark in the Wynn! Check out other reviews on the web and you’ll see I’m not the only one with a bad experience.
