A pleasant place for lunch. Top grade stone crab claws. Pricey but great.

Off the hook (no pun intended). Great meal and the "view" from the outside dining area in the Forum Shops is amazing: Beautiful women. Seasoning on steak was tops and this is not an inexpensive place but well worth the money.

Second time eating there. Both times were excellent. Had the scallops and husband had the steak. Everything was superb. We will definitely go there again.

From the time we walked into Joe's, the staff was great. The food was excellent, just be ready for a premium price. Started with the stone crab claws, where our party raved about the mustard sauce. Some had the stone crab bisque, I had the "Half" caesar salad (half is all you need for a dinner salad). Everyone agreed the entrees were all very good. And be sure to order a few sides, just be aware there's enough for 2-3 people for each order. Unfortunately, we didn't leave room for dessert.

Another outstanding evening at Joes. Thomas Johnson and the wait staff were excellent as well as each of the entrees and crab claw appetizers. This restaurant ranks with the best in Las Vegas.

Friends of ours were visiting Las Vegas for the first time. Since my husband and I have been visiting Las Vegas for the last 15 years, I wanted my friends to experience restaurants which we had previously eaten at and enjoyed. What a big mistake when I chose Joe's as one of them. First we got the waiter with the attitude and very snobbish. There was no warmth in his mannerism and he spoke for the sake of speaking. He was there because he needed a job, not because the enjoyed it. 3 out 4 of us ordered crab and the 4th had the pork chops. The one that chose the pork chops was fine and he actually enjoyed the meal. His wife had the filet of sole with crab stuffing. She ate 1/2 of one of the rolls. It was soggy and more or less cooked. When she told the waiter, his reply was that she should have asked him before ordering. Is cooked food an option at that restaurant? Needless to tell you, she had stomach craps in the middle of the night. I ordered crab bisque as an appetizer and the petit filet mignon with Lyonnais potatoes. The bisque and filet mignon were great; however the potatoes were swimming in oil. Again the waiter told me that is how the potatoes are cooked. Does your restaurant want to be associated with greasy food like the corner diner? I had the runs all evening long. Finally, my husband ordered the stone crabs as an appetizer. Since my husband suffers with colitis, he was affected the most. Totally out of commission for 2 days. Surely, you must have realized the common denominator; the stone crab was not fresh. The cherry on the sundae was when we asked for separate bills; well the waiter really let us know that he was not pleased that we did not tell him when we sat down. We then proceeded to ask for the manager, who was very apologetic. However, 1/2 hour later our male friend was in one of the bathrooms in the forum shops next to the manager (were we followed). I'm sure I saw bathrooms in the restaurant, I know I did since I used them. The manager proceeded to release a major amount of gas in the direction of our friend. Classy don't you think. My question is as follows; "Does a well respected organization tolerate this type of behavior from their staff?” I can honestly say that we were totally turned off by the food, restaurant and the staff.
