we had the steak/coconut shrimp dinner. we both paid the extra $2 for the steak dinner, but you can
go to the steak area and ask for several steaks, so why not just one person pay and gets steaks for
everyone? they advertise the extra $ is for the steak and coconut shrimp, but the shrimp was there for
all to take. the first steaks were not bad and had good taste, but the second round was very tough.
there were several dark areas of the buffet which seemed like no one had been to check on the food for
awhile in that area, but there was a fair variety of food available. we sat in a booth and it was very
uncomfortable, my feet didn't hit the floor and they stuck out like i was a little kid which made it hard
for me to reach the table. the server was very attentive to our requests. for the price, it's not the worst
buffet in vegas (that's the south pointe) and you can keep trying until you find something you like but
don't figure to fill up on the desserts, you will be disappointed.

I go to Vegas about 4 times per year. I always stop and eat at the Feast in the Boulder Station. They have a better selection of different foods than anyone else. I highly recommend this buffet. Inexpensive. My favorite buffet for the price anywhere in Vegas...and YES that does include the Strip.

if your coming for breakfast your ok they have the omelette bar the have the basics what more do you want for breakfast. for lunch and dinner run run and keep running to sunset station for there buffet your going to pay a little extra out of your pocket but please trust me it is worth it i consider sunset buffet on the same level as the old rio buffet for those people who know what im talking about you have to agree.

My husband and I have actually eaten at this buffet several times over the past year. He likes it here because it's inexpensive. You do get value for your money if "food is food" to you and you don't care what you eat or how it tastes. I don't like it here because nothing is really healthy except the tasteless broccoli and everything appears previously frozen or came out of a can. I can just feel pounds being added to my hips with every forkful I put in my mouth. The best thing about this buffet is the grilled cheese sandwich but if you're only going for that (which I wouldn't - it's not that good), then the price of the buffet is rather steep.

Definately a good deal for the money. Not a whole lot of selection, but hey for the money, you can't beat it. I really liked the grilled cheese sandwiches. I just wish they had some bread and butter pickles to go with them.

I have gone to breakfast here before and it was good. NEVER NEVER NEVER will I go to dinner here again! The food was horrible, I had some salsa/picante' and it wasnt mixed, I took a big bite of dry spices. Just try to get a refill to wash it down! You have to ask for 2-3 beverages right off, chances are you wont have the chance again. I did complain about this, I even wrote a comment card... They apparently dont care, no one contacted me to make it up to me. Also they sat me (a single woman) near these very foul languaged football players. They knew how these guys talked, especially about the "ho's" (the players words) they have come to thier rooms they even sat children near them to hear this! The line was long because it was a station casino coupon night. It was SO not worth it!

We used to visit Boulder Station every five months, from FL, starting in June of 1998. Now we live in Las Vegas. Boulder Station buffet has certainly become one of Las Vegas' worst experiences. The quality of food has gone down considerably, the service is not what it used to be and the variety is not the same. The overall cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. There are now a few "best buck forty-nine buffet" (from that movie, Vegas Vacation) items available. They look like some kind of stew and you don't really want to know what's in them so you just keep away. The grilled cheese is still very good and one might seem to go back for some more of it quite often because the other choices are not too appetizing. Need better lighting at buffet stations to make food look more exciting and need to clean up the floor in the eating area. It's starting to look old now like Palace Station which, by the way, has definitely become the worst of all the Station Casino buffets, by far.
For a place that we wouldn't miss in the 1990's, at the present time, we wouldn't be caught in the place again, for any reason. You guys really need to do better.
