Warning!!! Do not eat here - Worst food ever. Dont waste $25 for the all day
buffet as you will wind up eating somewhere else.

very bad!!!! i was warned but because we had a$$$ problem and you can eat all day for 25$ i thought well how bad can it be well nothing like seeing your lunch being served at 7am to let you know that you might have made a mistake (yes thats right folks the same food was served starting at 6 am was also served at lunch w very little change) THIS WAS A BAD BAD BUFFET WE ALSO STAYED AT THE I.P. AND THEY HAVE REALLY DONE WELL W/THE MAKEOVER BUT AVOID THE BUFFET AT ALL COST THE ONLY THING THAT WAS GOOD WAS LUCY THE SERVER WAS VERY GOOD AND VERY FAST

The service was bad. The food was even worse. I wonder how you can mess up scrambled eggs. The food had no taste and was extremly nasty. The scrambled eggs were runny. I would not reccomend this to anyone even with a 2 for 1 coupon.

Worst buffet I ever had. They even double the price for "Christmas specials" while the quality and variety of the food is unbearable. No body comes to clean the table, no body comes to our desk and ask "do you need some ...". Totally a waste of time and money. Worst experience in LV.

To start,you eat what you pay.And i regret eating at The Imperial Palace Emperor Buffet.The sushi was so hard that i could throw it on the wall and probably make
a hole in it,or maybe crack the paint.The prime rib was so far ok,the meats were
acceptable,but not tasty.The macarone and cheese were cheese.The salad was the
best part.Dessert was ok,it was good for once.After i had that rock hard sushi,i
only had a byte of everything else.So if ure on the budget,you might try to select a local restaurant that specialties in buffets of at least offers some kind of buffet.
Remember,money can get u so far.Being cheap is one thing and eating at the Imperial Palace is risking your night.

After my experience at the teahouse, I should have known better. I wondered what they could do to breakfast? I FOUND OUT!!!! I've had 11 year old kids cook better breakfast stuff than these people did. Virtually inedible.

I've recently visited this establishment for dinner with several friends. Sadly it was my idea to come here, as Mike and Smitty were staying in the Imperial Palace. I figured it would be an easy buffet to hit up and had high hopes for it's cuisine, assuming it would serve some type of asian food, boy was I wrong. Everything was terrible. It was all bland, overcooked, ooold, or in most cases all three. Thank the lord that you were in charge of your own refills or I imagine you wouldn't be seeing many of those as well. I imagine I will be hated upon for taking everyone there.

I stay at IP whenever I go to Vegas. I have never eaten dinner at the Emperor's Buffet, but have had many breakfasts there. Obviously, it's more convenient to eat breakfast close to your room. And, how hard is it to screw up breakfast? It wasn't bad. I certainly wouldn't call it anything close to "gourmet", but, heck, I don't think I've ever had to actually pay for it (got comped, etc). Other parts of the country may not have the "buffet-style" restaurants, like Furr's, Golden Corral and others, but I would say the food is no worse than, and, in many cases, much better than these types of restaurants. Bottom line, good deal, nothing to write home about, but, as my main goal is to eat quickly and hit the casino or other sights, my stomach really doesn't care if it's Imperial Palace or Bellagio. For dinner, I suggest trying one of IP's 5th floor restaurants. Very nice.
