We're locals that eat at Red Rock at least twice per week. Food is consistently good. At dinner, get some shrimp and have the cook make you some scampi with your favorite sauce and wine. Very good. Maybe breakfast just isn't their best meal. But besides taking a rather long time (15 minutes) between paying and being seated, I was surprised at the relatively smaller selection and somewhat bland quality. Some items were good - the pancakes were done well, for example - but although they had a (single) omelet station, they didn't have cooked-to-order eggs, which every other buffet I've been to has had. The hash browns were oily and bland. The scrambled eggs were fair. If you're staying in the hotel and can't get away anyway for breakfast, it's not a bad deal - but definitely don't make a special trip there; other off-strip properties have better breakfast buffets for the same price.    19826
