Great buffet at a great value. Go out front of the Monte Carlo and snag a 2 for 1 coupon off one of the time share guys and eat well cheap. One of the best values we found on our trip this round.

We ate here twice for breakfast during our stay. Once was on 02/11/07 for the Sunday brunch. The brunch was reasonably priced at around $20. The mimosa's made the price reasonable. The food selection was typical and not that different from their regular breakfast, the major difference being the seafood offerings for the brunch. The regular buffet price is $12.99. We compared the buffet to the Cafe and the price made the buffet the better bargain. Better food can be had, but for convenience and time this was more than adequate.

Selection is good and always left feeling satisfied and looking forward to the next visit.

The Monte Carlo buffet is over priced and over rated. Luckily for me all our buffets were comped because I would not have paid the price they were asking to eat there.
The food was OK, but the floors and the seats are nasty. The prime rib that I had, was the toughest I had ever eaten, and they only give you about a 1/8th of an inch slice at a time.
On Sunday December 3rd, tried going to buffet for breakfast. There were over 100 people in line. Went back to the Rewards booth and asked them to change my comp to the cafe. Got to the Cafe and was told by the Hostess that it would be about a 20 - 30 minute wait. I said forget this and went to Sbarro and had a slice of pizza.
If you are going to spend good money on a buffet, I recommend going across the street to the MGM Grand our down to Paris. Much better and you wont have to wait.

The breakfast buffet is very reasonable, but it is always better when the hotel gives a coupon for a free meal. The selection may not have been as big as some buffets, but the quality and cleanliness more than make up for any shortcomings.

I had breakfast here. The buffet is a few dollars cheaper than other buffets on the strip. The selection is small but good. With the Omelots, you put your ingredients into a bowl and then the cook makes your omelot.

I was there before they had the people go to the hospital from food poisening. The meal was VERY bad. I do not see how this casino can stay in business with this food. I tried everything, only eating one forkfull, the waiter had to PICK UP A FULL PLATE. I almost asked for my money back. NEVER AGAIN...

ate lunch here with a friend because he had vouchers. The food was overall pretty ordinary, but the Asian bar was excellent. Although the food was not bad, there is better food to be had elsewhere. Unless I was eating here free, or at a reduced rate, I would go elsewhere.

Very good buffet for the money. Not as many selections as Aladdin or Bellagio - but about half the price of those places. Everything is well prepared and hot. Usual selection of roast beef and pork, turkey, pasta, etc. Great Mashed potatoes, good fried chicken, terrific fruit and salad bar (in terms of quality - not neccessarily huge selection). Even had a station with a japanese chef doing "Benihana style" teppan steak. Made to order omelettes at breakfast.
Good desserts. If you want Bellagio - go to Bellagio. But for a good dinner for 14.95, this buffet is a good choice.
