Came in to eat, Friday, guess that day its 20.00 for brunch. For what they have to offer, and service, it shouldn't been over 8.99. I later went to Main st. station, and red rock, and southpoint casino, all less money and more food to choose from, and better also. I wouldn't go to MC again.

I visited this buffet twice. The first time I was ok small and not as big as some of the other buffets I'm used to. You can get around very quickly which is a good thing. The second time, I did a staycation with the Monte Carlo. When I was checking in and chatting with him for a few minutes, the front desk receptionist gave me 2 free passes for the buffet. It pays to be nice =) I like to receive free coupons.

Only buffet out of 5 that we disliked ... food was not turned over enough to seem fresh, staff seemed quite uncaring, from waitstaff to cooks to management. Fish with edges drying up under the lamp, pasta station with 4 burners but a cook that only used one (even with a line), dryed cake (again a turnover problem). We complained to the asst manager, who offered us a buy one get one for breakfast!...apparantly she didnt understand us! Having years of hotel/restaurant experience, I remain saddened to report this, especially since we stayed at the facility which is supposedly 4-star. Fresher food, nicer staff, and more variety can be had 2 miles West at Orleans ... did I mention half the price as well!

My wife and I ate here on one occasion. The look of the buffet did not fit the motif of the Monte Carlo. It resembled an Arabian Nights atmosphere. The food was just O.K., nothing special for the price they were asking. My only complaint was that there wasn't much of a selection of food. I was expecting more from a classy place. The traffic pattern in the buffet food area had people getting in each others way. We did not stay at this hotel, If we did we would probably eat there again. As a visiting diner I would look for some other buffet.

The buffet is a good value among strip buffets. Although I find the seating layout a bit confusing, the variety and quality of food is quite good. Service is also good. Worth a visit when staying at Monte Carlo

Great buffet at a great value. Go out front of the Monte Carlo and snag a 2 for 1 coupon off one of the time share guys and eat well cheap. One of the best values we found on our trip this round.

We ate here twice for breakfast during our stay. Once was on 02/11/07 for the Sunday brunch. The brunch was reasonably priced at around $20. The mimosa's made the price reasonable. The food selection was typical and not that different from their regular breakfast, the major difference being the seafood offerings for the brunch. The regular buffet price is $12.99. We compared the buffet to the Cafe and the price made the buffet the better bargain. Better food can be had, but for convenience and time this was more than adequate.

Tammy and I have always enjoyed the Buffet at The Monte Carlo.
Selection is good and always left feeling satisfied and looking forward to the next visit.
