Little on the pricey side for a brunch buffet ($32.00 for 2), but then most buffets in Vegas aren't cheap anymore. Service and food were good and would eat there again. Went to the Orleans for dinner on our first night in Vegas and can not recommend this one enough. Simply put you will not find a better value for a buffet in town. A lot of selection and all the food I ate was really good. (Prime rib was a personal favorite.) It is off the strip but it is really worth the trip.    20478

Prices have gone up - even with the discount card, and the sign out front of the buffet, the price was $14.99 per person for Sunday brunch. The food was very good to excellent with a nice selection. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall I have to say though that the place was dirty - the floor, the walls, the booths, the glass, the tables, everything needed a good scrub-down and sanitizing.    20297

this buffet has gone down hill, I've stay at the hotels for 4 days, eat one meal, was disappointed, the fruit, was mostly can style, and the pineapple was not only from a can, but a very poor brand, and it tasted bad, it they must use can fruit, at least use a major brand. the price was ok, but the service was slow, and the selection was limited, I'll try it again, if im staying at the hotel.    20218

I took the benefit of the other posters on this site ... they were right on! Awesome value ... we came right off the plane here and were delighted...be sure to get your Gold Coast Card (sign up and save $1 per person for up to 8 in your party!) The variety was amazing...also at at sister property Gold COast, which was similar, yet different on variety. Nice open setting, with intimate decor. Probably one of the best valued buffets I have ever been to in my life! Service was great too! Also, THE ONLY BUFFET MY ADULT GROUP OF 7 WENT TO TWICE WHILE IN VEGAS!    20076

My third trip to Vegas. Each time we've eaten at the French Quarter Buffet and each time it seems to get worse. The food selection, although varied, are always the same. The quality has also seemed to have decreased each time, and based upon this most recent visit, I doubt that I would ever be pursuaded to visit it again. There are too many restaurants in the Orleans, and Vegas in general, that significantly overwhelm the lesser quality at this one. I ate at four restaurants in the Orleans (Courtyard Cafe, Don Miguels, TGI Fridays, and Buffet) and the Buffet was the only one I would issue a complaint about its deteriorating quality. I was disappointed that the Orleans did away with Terrible Mike's as I thought they had a great hamburger.

If you're looking for a large volume of food at a reasonable price, then the FQ Buffet may be to your liking. However, unless they can revamp their offerings and the quality of those offerings, I would recommend other dining opportunities.    19984

I have eaten at the buffet before and have always really liked it but this time I didn't think the food or selection was as good. The big turn off for me was that a lot of smoke was coming in from the casino. I imagined that I was eating my food out of an ashtray. I changed tables to one more on the serving side and that helped a bit. If you want smoke free dining this in not the place    19908
