Last time we ate at the Sunset Station Feast we said "NEVER AGAIN." Yet, here we were spending Father's Day time at a lousy buffet. Kids screaming, running, falling, putting grunghy hands on all the plates stupidly set at knee level. Salad bar was empty of everything but beets and Waldorf Salad. Dressings were all at the bottom of the containers and thoroughly mixed with drips from neighboring dressings. No chopped eggs, no romaine, no spinach. Utensils dripped on. The different countries represented would be embarrassed at the quality and selection of food each area represented. Our server was XLNT. A bald guy named Manny. XLNT. The hostess was also very good and annoyed by the out of control kids. The cherry pie was decent, the pizza not. Brussel sprouts were great. Cherry pie and brussel sprouts for twenty bucks with tip does not make a good meal. Spoke with the room manager, went back to the salad bar. A little better but not much.    19788

Overall-value for the money..However--problem with some of the Hostesses..2 of them have a nasty tendency to seat Gringos away from the food!!!some nights-it looks like a Mason-Dixon setup..Minorities near the food and the "other Folks" away from the Food-no matter what the crowd is.. After some complaining with our PRESIDENT/Platinum cards-they will seat us near the food...Its almost a pattern,,,,,a nasty pattern.Since this occurs with only a few of the hostesses--some complaining,,,,seems to work...As a Disabled Vietnam vet-who has a walking problem--it is doubly aggravating...This Survey/opinion was created after many times at the STATION...We know most of the Hostesses by name--but "these 2" put a nasty tone to a meal...I can also name the Nice ones and the NASTY one...Being neighborhood "localS"-I have heard about the same experience with friends...This should be easy to Correct,,,    19760

This place used to be good when they have the pancakes/french toast made to order station, now it's pre-made and left in a pan that doesn't really keep it hot. I like my butter to melt on my pancakes/french toast. The only thing good about it is that the location is convenient if you're going to the Sunset Galleria to shop across the street.    19309

The new Feast Buffet was horrible. The remodeled buffet does not match the decor of the rest of the hotel and casino. They took out all of the comfy booths and replaced them with uncomfortable tables.

Where they once had many food choices they have now cut WAY back. You can no longer get many of the fresher items they used to have. It is certainly not up to the caliber of the previous Feast Buffet. We used to be regular customers of the previous buffet. They seem to have sacrificed the quality and variety of the food for a new more uncomfortable buffet that holds more tables.

I would not waste my money or my player points eating in that buffet again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or try the Sunset Cafe (the coffee shop).    18728

The food was good. The plates are down too low, don't really like people pant legs touching my plate before I get it. The people are cleaning up with "rags" near the food, too much. Rags are going into the food as they are wiping up. I saw that and was immediately turned off.

I'm going to try it one more time and see how it is. I was there about a month ago.    17497
