Well, if this is the best Las Vegas has to offer, as surmised from the reviews, then it's a sad situation. Food is decent, service is dismal. Somewhere between Denny's and studied disinterest. Tried to take our order before we had opened the menu, then five or six servers ignored every aspect of the meal. Nice room but like much of Caesar's, it seems to be run like the phone company. They could care less about the customer. I've had much better in Los Angeles or even P.F. Chang's.
Don't bother.

Real Chinese food. The best in Vegas. Expensive but worth it if you want an elegant dinner in a great setting overlooking Caesars gardens. The crysal lettuce wraps are with real squab not chicken like P>F> Changs & others. Take your best girl & splurge, it's worth it.

Without a doubt, the best Chinese we've eaten in Vegas. On the expensive side but well worth it. Get a table overlooking The Garden of The Gods.

Empress Court is my choice in Vegas for authentic Hong Kong Style regional cusine. Great looking room with good service. It may not be as trendy as some of the new "theme" Chinese chains like Chin Chin or Royal Star but the food is consistently better. Empress Court does wonders with fresh seafood, they serve great abalone. Quality of product is always first rate. Cost is commensurate with the surroundings (don't expect $8.00 combo dinners).
