Not much to fault.
Service cheerful and professional. We went for the sliders which gave us 4 mini-burger samplers of different types of burgers.
Was very nice.

Lousy. The Burger was dry and small and that was NOT a 1/2 a pound burger! It was all bread also and if you don't order medium well in this town you get a bright red inside. Why is medium cooked with light pink in the middle all across the usa and it's bright red in las vegas??? The cooks in las vegas seem to be missing a notch when it comes to how to cook beef. I guess that's why they had to hire 20 year olds with fake tits busting out of their shirt since the food was of no quality.

I ordered a simple burger cooked medium (like I have ordered my whole life). What they brought me was almost raw! When I asked the waiter to take it back, he got an annoyed attitude and actually argued with me about what "medium" is, as if I've never ordered meat before. When it returned the meat was smashed and carelessly thrown on the bun. Who knows what they did to it in the kitchen. I was disgusted with the attitude of this server. A horrible experience!

Kobe beef burgers and sweet potato fries. Guinness on tap and Spaten Optimator in bottles. I'll be back.

Went with two friends, each of us said this might be the best burger we've ever had. For mine, I had the black angus medium rare, with jack cheese, pepperd bacon and egg...supurb. Had this with onion rings and two newcastles, probably the best meal all trip. Wait was about 30 minutes as this was after a fight at Mandalay Bay, but well worth it.

Awesome!!! build your own burgers, excellent selection of draft beers, including some decent hard to find
imports...I think the last time I was there there were like 24 beers on tap! Food/service were really great.
Price was reasonable...what's not to love, and all a short walk from the Mandalay Bay Sports Book!!!!! Don't
eat at the deli near the sports book, walk over to Mandalay Bay Place and go upstairs to the Burger
Bar..because if you love quality burgers, and they have turkey burgers as well, and great beer, you will not
be disappointed.

This place has the best burgers in town along with the very affordable prices that go with it too. Also to add burgers are cooked to order perfectly.

Have eaten here twice. The build your own burgers are the best. I would highly suggest this for a casual meal

We had to cancel a reservation in one of the gourmet restaurants because my husband was ill. I was looking for a casual meal & happened to notice Burger Bar in Mandalay Place. I ordered the low carb burger, which came with red & yellow peppers & portabello mushrooms & I had it on a whole wheat bun. It was prepared perfectly medium rare & was the most delicious burger I ever ate. I also ordered a side of the sweet potato fries. The waiter also brought me the salad that usually accompanies the burger & it had a light & tasty dressing. Although it was a large serving, I could not stop until I had finished every one. I also had a glass of wine with the meal. The total without tax and tip was under $30.
