The Buffet at Bellagio - For Dinner

Service and food were excellent. One thing you don't see at other buffets is management constantly monitoring the service in all sections of the serving and dining areas like at the Bellagio. It was very busy when we went though everything was perfect.....very impressed with the quality and service....have never been disappointed in the past either.

Gave up trying the others, this is the hands down best. Great variety, interesting Asian dishes and really good Italian. The spinach canoloni was as good as any of the swankier places on the strip. Very good rare Buffalo roast too. Desserts always fine if you can squeeze them in. Go early around 5-5:30 and it's half empty, by 6:30 it's really busy.I felt this was a swell value, they lost money on me!

Went there on 3/2/08, prime rib was the best I've ever had (I'm 65), better than Lawry's in Beverly Hills. Went on a Sunday at 5:50 PM no wait, walked right in. Everything was great, we liked it so much, we went back the following night. Keep up the high quality control.

My wife and I visit Las Vegas at least once a year , sometimes twice if our schedule allows. The Bellagio Buffet has always been the premier buffet to us. And believe me, its still very good however the last two years weve noticed the quality of the food has gone down some and the dessets have definately declined. But it seems like this is happening in Las Vegas period, cost going up and a slight decline in services. We will continue to dine at the Bellagio and hope that they regain that premier food status.

The Buffet at Bellagio - For Brunch

Month Visited: 03/08 - Undecided
Sunday Brunch was very disapointing at the Bellagio this time around. To start I talked this up for over a month to my group of 8 people. The Bellegio started by telling us that if we wanted to sit together we would be charged 18% service fee...come on...18% service fee for sliding 2 tables together and bringing drinks...that is ridiculous, I tip well but this is outrageous for a buffet. We were also expecting to have crab legs and to our surprise they said they did not do crab legs but had shrimp instead. This was a Sunday Brunch. Every other Sunday Brunch in town that I have been to has had crab legs. You would think that would be true for the Bellagio as well. Bottom line is that the food that was available was good but I would not eat there on a Sunday again. Sp;ice Market Buffet was better and they even had crab legs for dinner on a Tuesday night.

We had breakfast at this buffet. The food quality was wonderful, the selection was great and the service was quite good. I believe that the price is a good value considering what is provided. We will definately return here and recommend it to others.

After hesitating about trying this buffet, we finally gave it a try this vacation. We went to dinner fairly early in the evening on a Thursday, the wait was about 5 minutes. The servers for this buffet were excellent and were right on top of clearing tables and refreshing drinks. The selection of food was pretty incredible. My husband tried the Buffalo steak and found it absolutely delicious. He also enjoyed the lamb and prime rib. Everything from the fish to any salad or meat was right on the money. Cooked well and hot. My only comment is that people really make a big deal about and seem to like the crab legs being pre-split and halved when you get them. I did not. I find that this dries them out and makes them a little tough. I would rather do the work myself and have the meat moist and tender, which is what you get at most of the buffets such as Orleans or Rio. I actually prefer the shrimp in the shell as well, but the shrimp at the Bellagio are pre-peeled and were very good and very large. The desserts were killer and I made sure to save as much room as possible for them. Overall a great experience. When you factor in how much you ate, drinks and coffee, plus what those items would cost in a non-buffet, it really is a good value.

Although a little intimidated by the line, it moved very fast. The food selection was excellent and the shrimp and desserts were top notch. The made to order omelettes were also very good. The service was outstanding and the coffee was excellent! Highly recommended for a great value in Vegas.

Very impressive. Amazing array of food, lots of unusual items that make this a great place to try some things you might not otherwise. Wonderful service.
