Wow, it's difficult for me to say what I'm going to since this is a relatively new hotel and I'm sure they do all they can to attract visitors. But, food-wise - all they can is not enough. The selection of food - poor (not if you are a fan of potatoes and eggs, though). Price - even 10 bucks would hve been a waste. Listen, I can not understand how this buffet got it's currant ranking - may be it was written buy the employees and their friends - no way! Although you can't argue about taste, I don't see any reason to step into this place when one has much better choices in much more reasonable buffets.

The Alaskan King Crab Legs were awesome, they even offered to heat them up for us. There were so many good food choices and they were all great.The Waiter we had was spectacular. I would recommend this as the best dinner buffet in Vegas.

Before heading to Vegas I was excited to eat at the #1 rated buffet in town. I couldn't wait to sit down and enjoy a wonderful meal. Not how I thought it was going to be at all. The wait to eat was an hour long. Couldn't get to the seafood station because the lines were too long. Once I did eat the crab legs it tasted as if they were soaking in water all day and had no flavor to it. The other food wasn't that great at all. We stayed at TI and had a better experience eating at their buffet. For the price of this buffet we could've flown somewhere and got our own seafood!

I like the different types of food, nice fresh fruit and veggie display, fresh delish deserts. All the food taste great. The only down side was the price. I don't like paying more just because it's Sunday. I'm a local, I work all week, I only get a chance to eat out on Sundays. The Paris doesn't charge more for weekend meals. I haven't eaten there yet, but I'm trying it out today.

I ate here with my sister and kids the day after Thanksgiving, and I thought it was great. Our waitress was very friendly and she filled our drinks and cleared our plates very quickly. The Italian, Middle Eastern and American food stations were mostly where I got my food and everything I had was delicious, particularly the prime rib. The dessert station was also lovely, and my girls loved everything and completely cleaned their plates. Although my sister said she preferred the buffet at Paris over Spice Market, this is still a very good buffet, one of the best I've eaten at in a long time.

Before I went to Las Vegas I read a lot about places to eat. And I was wondering about this buffet because of the comments. I dedided to eat there and see it for my self. I'm glad I went. The food was good. Tons of different places to eat as well as desserts. This was the only buffet that I went so I can not comparate it with others. I would recomend it.

This used to be the best. NOT ANYMORE!!! We've tried Bellagio, Le Village, French Market, Village Seafood, etc. Used to think that Spice Market is number 1 in Vegas. That totally changed when they remodeled. The service is constantly slow and below average(long wait time; tables double booked; food not fresh). You will see a lot of good reviews based on the old Aladin Spice Market. Don't get fooled! It's totally changed; and not better. Bellagio had the best service and Le Village the best food.
