One of the best buffets that we have enjoyed in Las Vegas! The quality of the food and the low price make this a "best Buy" ! Everyone at the Gold Coast has always been friendly and very helpful ! Great job ! We always look forward to coming to the Ports O' Call buffet also for great omelets.

Got into town on a Sat. night, after being on the road for 14 hrs, I was tired, so I eat there at GC. I've had breakfast there before, and was good, but the dinner buffet was average. Good Strawberry short cakes, but the hot food was so-so. I will have to fine another place to eat, after I get into town , on my next trip.

Good meal ... comparable to Orleans, but I think that the Orleans is still a bit better. Nice layout good food, average staff. Would go back, if we weren't up for Orleans! Awesome variety! And very good quality .. not gourmet, but still very good!

I've given the Ports O Call 2 chances and both times it was lousy. I went out of my way for the Seafood Buffet and it was terrible as another poster stated. The crab legs soggy and tasteless and all the fried seafood looked and tasted alike, probably something to do with the oil. The desserts were even stale. The Orleans is much better.

- Bad Meal
We had dinner here on Friday Sept 19, 2008. We thought dinner was $11.95 /per person. Instead it was $17.95/person since it was 'Seafood Night' yet the website said it was on Thursday night. We had no coupons, etc. There was a lineup to pay yet the cashiers were on the phone and taking forever to verify customers coupons etc.
The crab legs were soggy and flavorless. The steamed mussels were mostly open empty shells and small mussels. The swordfish and other fish were dry and overcooked. The lettuce at the salad bar was dry/old looking too! Not much selection at all. The 'beef brisket' was sad looking. Fruit were 'apples'.
Our server never toook away our used plates and we had 6 glasses at our table.
Service was so-so and not much of anything to excite me.
We would never come back here again to eat dried up tasteless food; we would go back to French Market Buffet at Orleans to get excellent service/food.
