- Good Meal
We were staying at The Sahara and on our way out to an evening show. We had dawdled and were in a hurry to get a meal, so we rolled the dice and stopped into Paco's before we left our home for the week to catch the monorail to our show.
Service was prompt and friendly. What more can you ask for? The food was good enough- kind of the Mexican equivalent to an Olive Garden level restaurant. The chips and salsa assortment that came before the meal was a nice and tasty touch. True, my chimichanga was not as spicy as I prefer, but the food was still good middle-of-the-road fare. Definitely nothing to complain about. It was better than I have had at some of the mom & pop Mexican joints here at home.
The margaritas were excellent!
We enjoyed staying at The Sahara, and will stay there again. No doubt we'll hit Paco's again. Good food and great sefvice are a winning combo for us.

- Good Meal
The restaurant is like a big bar scene, which was ok for my wife, my parents and myself. Drinks are great here. Good margaritas. Chips for an appetizer of course, but they had this avocado dip served with them that was to die for. Everyone gobbled it up and we requested some more. Dinner came quick enough. The food wasn't great, but it was good. Overall a good meal at a good price with a fun atmosphere and an energetic staff.

Enjoyed my meal very much. Really liked the avocado appetizer served along with the salsa and chips. Would like to have that recipe.

Cheap meal, GREAT FOOD!!! GREAT SERVICE!! GOOD MARGARITA!!! I reccomend to anybody staying at this end of teh strip... one of the best places I ate at during my stay!

- Bad Meal
The food was very bland for being a mexican food restraunt. The service and atmosphere were great, but the food wasn't very good. I wouldn't recommend eating here.
