Went here for a late night snack/meal. Terrible service, long wait, crappy food. I ordered nachos and a salad. Nacho's were burnt on one side and cheese not melted on the other. How do you screw up nachos? Told the waiter and he examined them and said what's wrong? Nice quality control! Salad wasn't much better, though not burnt! I suggest if you really like Landry's you check out the Seafood House on Sahara Ave. and skip Carson Street.    18927

Ate three times at Carson Cafe (2 breakfasts and 1 lunch). Food tasted great and presentation was excellent. We never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a table. The staff were friendly too. Great place to eat downtown.    14880

BEST place to eat downtown! HOT,FRESH,TASTY food and the prices will not break you! Eat there every year at least 4 times a visit. Service it great,seating didn't take too long even for a group of 9 people.
Employees are very friendly,you don't have to hunt someone down.
Dinner or breakfast it's all gooood! But for those who are sooo darn fussy or finicky even the quality here won't impress you,those folks can eat at mcdonald's etc.,since they probably don't know what goood service or food REALLY is.

Ate here a number of times during our trip. In fact never had any problems of day or night.

Had 3 breakfast, 1 lunch and 2 diners and always got seated quickly in either smoking or non smoking with no problems.

Food was very good, and cooked the way we wanted it.

Service was top. With the value no matter what we had just the way it should be.

Hope it never changes, as will be going back.

For value, service and quality of food, Carson Street is #1 in Las Vegas !
Portions are substantial, and the quality of the food was excellent.
Usually a line-up, but it moved fairly quick. Staff were prompt and friendly,
even at 5am for a quick snack after playing in the casino our waiter made sure
our meal exceeded our expectations. Value wise; much cheaper than eating on the strip. Another bonus for staying at the Nugget !!    12878

There's often a line to get into this place, but it usually moves quickly. The food was excellent and can't be beat for the price. However, we did have service problems. The waiter was very slow and inattentive. The food more than made up for it though.    11404
