This place is always busy and I know why. This is the best place to eat burgers and steaks in
Vegas period. Anywhere else would be double. Our server was great considering how busy it was.
There was a line half a football field long and that hasn't changed since the last time I was there in
1998, 2005. Very consistent restaurant. I bring my friends and family there every chance I get
when I'm in las Vegas, and if I'm staying at the rio, I eat there everyday. I'll be back, again and
again!

My ten dollar cheeseburger tasted like it was from burger king and had been sitting out for two hours. Our server was very rude, and we had to ask for our check twice from two other people before we got it. I would never eat there again.

I tried the "newlyh remodelled" All American Cafe. Apparently the folks at Rio / Harrahs decided to revamp the place to GOUGE their customers. The server offered me water, AND THEN CHARGED ME $8.50 FOR IT. The steaks ARE EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. The steak was properly prepared and slightly above Sizzler-quality BUT should've cost no-more than $15 to $18. The $55 tab I was presented for buffalo wings, steak, 1 cocktail and water WAS A COMPLETE RIPOFF.

If you want to overpay for a slightly-better-than-Sizzler steak then eat here. Otherwise save your money and go elsewhere to eat.

Have dined at this restaurant many times and always visited at least once each trip from 1992 to 2004 (at least 12 times). In fact, further down is a review I did a few years back, before the "remodeling" took place. We were a party of 10 and were seated upstairs. The waiter took our orders and made some suggestions, never telling us what cost extra. As a result, the meal was much higher than anticipated. Although the filet was excellent, I felt that I was taken advantage of and this sentiment was shared by the entire group. There are other great restaurants in Las Vegas. Not likely to return.

I went to play VP at their bar while getting some grub- you can only order bar snacks (buffalo wings, fries, etc) at the bar which was disappointing. I was playing a $.25 bonus poker game and it hit 4-aces plus a 2 for a $500 handpay- the slot service took longer than the food did to come. The bar food was very greasy and the bartenders seemed overworked (they took 5 to 10 mins to refill my rum n coke each time, buit did appologize each time for the delays).

The would be much better if they would let you order the full menu at the bar and not just the appetizers.

We ate here while we were waiting to see the showgirls. It was not a bad place to eat. We ordered burgers and fries. They came out exactly the way we ordered them.

We decided to eat dinner here while watching a football game on the big screen. However, they didn’t serve the full menu where we were sitting. We had a choice of appetizers and a cheeseburger. The wings were actually damn good- very crispy and spicy sauce. The back of the restaurant has a full menu.

Really good grub there, pardner! Pork chops are mighty fine. So's the rack of lamb. Lots o' good side vittels, too. Baked potato about the size of Texas. Nice little chuckwagon full of hot bread & muffins. We'll be back again, ya hear.

I have three boys and they all like steak. After a thrilling landing at Maccarran airport we relaxed after checking in the Rio in the quiet dining room of the All-American Bar & Grill. The service was excellent and the quality of the food was good. It's not a 5-star restuarant but the price isn't 5-star either!

Prime rib and filet mignon were both top quality and cooked to perfection. Salads were crisp and sides of garlic mashed potatoes were very good also. Service was better than average with the atmosphere being of both patriotic and western. Overall an excellent dining experience.
