Acclaimed chef Michael Mina of Aqua San Francisco and Aqua at Bellagio has unveiled his newest creation, NOBHILL.
"The main idea behind NOBHILL was to create a restaurant that would reflect the type of dining opportunities found throughout San Francisco in one comfortable, neighborhood-style location," said Mina. "At least 80 percent of the product comes from growers and producers located the Bay Area."
In addition to organic produce and poultry, select farm-raised meat and fresh seafood, NOBHILL also offers several authentic, classic dishes made famous by other San Francisco chefs or restaurants.<br>
