Description:
True to its name, the Prime Rib Loft is located upstairs, just above Don Miguels Mexican restaurant, overlooking the non-stop action of The Orleans casino floor. Simply take the winding staircase or the handy elevator and, in a jiffy, you'll be transported to a comfortable and attractive dining room with its own separate bar area.

Although the Prime Rib Loft offers a complete menu of other great menu items, the rooms outstanding prime rib of beef selections are the star attractions! The restaurant serves four separate cuts: The Orleans, thickly sliced English Style, three thinner slices
Blackened Cajun Style, grilled with creole spices; and The Real Beefeater Cut, an extra thick double cut with the bone for king-size appetites.

All prime ribs served in the restaurant are specially selected and dry aged to ensure tenderness, then seasoned and slowly roasted for an incredibly delicious full flavor. All are served with a giant baked potato with your choice of bacon bits, butter, sour cream and chives.

More prime appetite pleasers include additional beef dishes such as Beef Stroganoff, Medallions of Beef and New York steak. Or choose chicken (try the authentic Chicken and Dumplings just like grandma used to make), seafood (the Salmon Filet is served on summer squash with a fresh berry Chambord sauce), or one of the tasty pasta dishes including a New Orleans-style Jambalaya Pasta.

All entrees are served with the rooms endless tossed salad bowl or a steaming crock of homemade split pea soup. You'll want to begin and end your meal with the restaurant's enticing appetizers and desserts.

Reservations are suggested.
