Opus Too will delight, excite and satisfy you. The Culinary Institute of Las Vegas’ student-run restaurant, is a unique restaurant with an incredible view of the Las Vegas strip and features equally exciting global cuisine.
Students demonstrate the skills they’ve learned through The Culinary Institute of Las Vegas’ culinary arts programs and apply their experience in our real-world restaurant environment.
