Dishes feature high-quality meats from small-family farms, ingredients from artisanal producers and day-boat fisherman, prepared to celebrate its true flavor and essence. The a la carte menu includes a selection of signature vegetables, potatoes, mushrooms, grains and beans, in addition to steakhouse favorites. Reservations suggested.
