Description:
Located on the Casino floor, Carve has an upscale feel with hardwood floors, elegant table linen, fine china and a relaxed 110-seat atmosphere. The main focal point of the dining room is the chefs carving station, where our culinary team perfects prime rib to order and bakes our signature giant Yorkshire popover and double chocolate lava cake. While the prime rib is the main attraction, guests can also feast on wood fired steaks and chicken and superb seafood.
