Former Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman will open Oscar's Steakhouse, a uniquely Las Vegas steakhouse, inside the iconic dome of the Plaza Hotel and Casino overlooking Fremont Street and the heart of his Downtown Las Vegas. The decor of Oscar' swill be glamorous and uniquely Las Vegas, incorporating memorabilia from Goodman's 12-year tenure as mayor and classic photographs of Las Vegas over the years. The new fine dining restaurant will serve dinner nightly in addition to a Sunday brunch.
