Jasmine is designed with subtle European influences and is flanked on three sides by spectacular garden and lake views. Chef Philip Lo, an originator of nouvelle Hong Kong cuisine, delights guests with his spectacular, modern interpretations of Cantonese, Szechwan and Hunan cuisine.

Jasmine at Bellagio is now offering two priced set menus in addition to the current menu. "A Taste of Jasmine 2003" offer guests four courses for $68.88 plus tax and gratuity per person. Menu items include Crispy Chicken Salad, Clams Consommé, Maine Lobster, Prime Beef Tenderloin and a choice of dessert selections from world-renowned pastry chef Jean-Philippe Maury. "Ameri-Canton Classics" for $48.88 plus tax and gratuity per person includes Cantonese Rib & Spring Rolls, Chef Lo's signature Hot & Sour Soup, Lemon Chicken, Spicy Prawns, Mongolian Beef with Wok-Fried Rice and Tropical Fruit Desserts. Each menu is offered for a minimum service for two.

I was very disappointed. This restaurant is pricey ($130 for two entrees, two drinks, tax/tip, no salad or side dishes!) so I expected the food to be something special. It wasn't worth the money IMO ...
