Description:
Wolfgang Puck’s Italian bistro features Italian classics with traditional and contemporary influences, and served in an airy, café-like setting. Chef Mark Ferguson creates a relaxed, “Tuscan meets Sicilian” atmosphere for guests, starting with arugula salad “tre colore” with endive, ricotta and pine nuts. The menu features an array of fresh seafood, pasta featuring Wolfgang’s lasagna with beef, veal and ricotta and gourmet pizzas, from braised lamb ossobuco with pears, gorgonzola and watercress to chicken scaloppini with wild mushrooms and marsala florio. Private dining is available.
Seats 200. Reservations recommended.
