Binion's Ranch Steakhouse is a penthouse restaurant that offers a breathtaking view of the Las Vegas skyline at night. A world class restaurant widely known for it's outstanding offerings, such as fine steaks and succulent prime rib. We offer romantic lighting, plush Victorian decor, friendly attentive service and an unparalleled 24th floor Vegas Valley panorama. This fine eatery is best reached by taking the glass elevator suspended on the outside of the hotel tower. Reservations are recommended.
