The Carmel Room is a fine dining restaurant with romantic ambiance, serving continental cuisine with selections from all over the world, as well as several signature dishes from the Mediterranean region. Specialty items include Dover Sole, Duck a l'Orange, Prime meats, Filet, New York steak, Lamb, Chateaubriand Bouquetiere, Veal Chop, and Pasta dishes. The Carmel Room also offers a variety of hand selected wine from the Napa region and some Old World (European) wines and cocktails.
