Spiedini is the brainchild of owner and Certified Master Chef Gustav Mauler. As one of the only 54 certified master chefs in the U.S., Mauler excels at putting together simple yet genuine presentations that pique the fancy of diners. Some of Mauler's favorite dishes include a delicate lobster ravioli bathed in a lobster bisque, osso buco, a crusted filet of salmon with corn and potato risotto and Mauler's simple but tasteful gnocchi (potato dumplings).
