Taking the lead from Wolfgang Puck’s renowned San Francisco eatery of the same name, Postrio presents an eclectic offering of globally inspired dishes in a romantic atmosphere, creating a unique and elegant American dining experience. The menu, crafted by Executive Chef John LaGrone, features appetizers such as pan seared Maine scallops and seared Hudson Valley foie gras, followed by entrees like herb crusted Colorado lamb chops with Vidalia onion risotto, wild mushrooms, Swiss chard and marsala sauce, and mesquite grilled Côte de Boeuf with horseradish mashed potatoes, baby vegetables and peppercorn sauce. Patrons can enjoy the view of St. Mark’s Square in the Grand Canal Shoppes while dining in the casual open café at Postrio. The dining room is open daily for dinner only. Private dining is available.
