Description: Wolfgang Puck’s Chinois has undergone a Zen-like interior transformation characterized by clean, simple lines and Asian accents. A serene color palette creates a comfortable atmosphere where guests experience a contemporized version of communal table seating while enjoying cuisine such as the ultimate garlic tuna roll, a spicy tuna roll topped with tuna and albacore with garlic ponzu sauce while sipping on sake or one of Chinois’ great cocktails. Starters include lettuce wraps and his wildly popular Chinois chicken salad with sweet mustard-ginger vinaigrette, crisp won tons, and cashews. Meals can be served "family style" allowing diners the chance to sample various items from the menu designed by Chef Terence Fong. Private dining is available.
