Combining a unique menu with a unique design, Spago Las Vegas reflects the innovative culinary talents that made Wolfgang Puck’s famous LA restaurant a favorite amongst the stars. Executive Chef and Partner David Robins updates the menu daily, offering guests a variety of fresh fish, pasta, and gourmet pizzas, including such entrées as seared rare yellowfin tuna with shiitake-seaweed salad and soy glaze, as well as Puck's signature smoked salmon pizza with dill cream, black caviar and chives. Located in the Forum Shops at Caesars, the casual "outdoor" café open for lunch and dinner is great for people watching. The dining room is open daily for dinner only. Reservations are recommended for this section of the restaurant, where attire is country club casual. Private dining is available.
