A modern Chinese restaurant with Western flair, Pearl features authentic Cantonese and Shanghainese specialties, live seafood and a product-driven menu that changes according to availability.
The menu features select items from each cooking method (steamed, braised, baked and fried) in five categories, plus dessert: Appetizers, Soup and Shark's Fin, Live Seafood, Poultry and Meat and Side Dishes. Pearl also offers four prix fixe menus. Signature items from the menu include Asian Bouillabaisse, Shark Fin and Dungeness Crab Spring Rolls and a Steamed Maine and Australian Lobster Tasting.
