Sensi invites guests on a culinary journey where cuisines from four corners of the world come together. The menu features Italian, Asian, Grill and Seafood specialties. Executive Chef Martin Heierling s signature items include Seared Day Boat Scallops on the Half Shell with Champagne Glaze, Micro Lemon Balm and Caviar, House-Made Focaccia Bread baked to order with Black Truffles and Micro Arugula, grilled to perfection bone-on prime meats and Tandoori Chicken Tikka made with Yogurt-Marinated Chicken prepared in a Tandoor Oven.
Through open kitchens bustling with activity, a myriad of appealing aromas, tempting flavors and stone and water design elements, all of the senses come alive at Sensi.
