Description:
The Hyakumi (pronounced ya-COO-me) Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar features a wide assortment of Japanese beers as well as other international beers, sake and wines by the glass, fresh sushi and sashimi prepared by master chefs, Teppan Yaki-style cooking and Japanese à la carte dining. Hyakumi offers a special pre-set menu for $56 per person that includes appetizer, soup, Japanese salad, one of three enticing main courses, vegetables, green tea, rice and dessert. Seating capacities are 64 for Teppan Yaki dining, 24 for à la carte service, and 40 in the Sushi Bar. Hyakumi offers an Asian noodle kitchen menu for lunch, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily on the terrace, and the sushi bar also opens during the same lunch hours every day.
Reservations are recommended for the dining room. No shorts, T-shirts, sandals or tank tops allowed; dress jeans are acceptable; jackets optional. Phone (702) 731-7731.
