This buffet has just undergone a $10 million renovation in March 2008 that transformed the buffet from top to bottom. Brand new menu and selections, all served in small portions, refreshed every 10 minutes and restaurant-style execution with a market presentation.
Guests are invited to taste and explore and taste again, the best the world's oceans have to offer including freshly prepared sushi, shucked oysters, crab, lobster and a dessert station. This culinary trip around the world will feature the styles and cooking innovations from various regions like the unique variety of flavors from the Mediterranean, the vibrant balance of cooking traditions featured in the Pacific Rim, the rich and flavorful creations indigenous to the Baja region, the exotic, eclectic flavors of South America and the diverse ingredients and cooking styles of North America.
