Bradley Ogden's celebrated New American Cuisine takes center stage. Using the freshest ingredients available from ranchers, farmers, and fishermen from across the country, Ogden reinvigorates favorite regional American dishes. Ogden's son and fellow Culinary Institute of America graduate, Bryan Ogden, joins his father in the kitchen as senior chef tournant. The two generations present such seasonal gems as Hot and Cold Foie Gras with Kumquats, Seared Dayboat Scallop in Spring Onions Soup with Pea Tendrils and Oak Grilled Lamb Rack with Fava Bean and Cumin Spaetzel.
