Jai Ho Restaurant is Nevada's first and only restaurant to combine a traditional Indian menu with the quickly popularizing, yet less recognized Indo Chinese cuisine. Managed by restaurant owner, Depak, Jai Ho offers traditional North and South Indian as well as Indo-Chinese fare.
On a scale of mild, medium, and hot, diners will be asked how spicy they would like their meal. "Mild" is suggested for less experienced spice palates and first time diners, while "medium" is slightly more intense. While flavor always trumps heat, the bravest diners, with more spicy food experience, are encouraged to request "hot". As a contrast, we serve homemade yogurts with diced cucumber to cool the palate.
